AVAILABILITY CALENDAR “LA TOBA I and II” (availability of La Toba I and La Toba II separately in  booking)

High season: long weekend, holidays, Easter and Christmas. (The long weekend are rented only for the total of their days, Easter minimum 5 days, Christmas minimum 3 days).

Low season: rest of the year.

Minimum booking 2 nights.

Unless agreed with the owner, the check-in is from 19:00 and the check-out before 12:00.
– 10% VAT included.
– 30% of the payment will be made in advance at the time of booking. The rest will be paid upon arrival at the house, with the delivery of keys.
– A person will be waiting for you upon your arrival to welcome you and offer you an explanation of the operation of some elements of the house.

(*) Dogs are only allowed as pets and we understand that the people who travel with them have educated them properly so that their social and hygienic behavior is as expected. Becoming the owner responsible for not causing any damage to the rest of the guests. Maximum two dogs per house.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– Any booking canceled 60 days before the date of entry, involves the return of 95% of the amount advanced.
– Any booking canceled between 59-30 days before the date of entry, implies the return of 50% of the payment made.
– Any booking canceled before 30 days of the date of entry, NO refund.
